What was the highlight of Hotel Gillow Mexico City
Very Good
Fabulous space, excellent staff and good hotel lay out. I requested a fan for my first room as it was very very hot, I had to sleep on the floor by the sliding door to first night (window was broken) and zero air flow. They responded by giving me a fan, and a room upgrade to a larger space with waay better airflow and ability to keep cool (and a second fan). Breakfast was nice and flexible with time so I could take it almost as a lunch. Lovely big balcony and view of city.
Really needs aircon! Balcony was filthy, had to have shoes handy for going outside, else got dirty footprints everywhere.

Well located, comfortable and clean.
The best thing about the hotel is the amazing location… just two blocks away from Zocalo and a few meters away from Calle Madero.
The breakfast could be better. It was very basic. The offering and options were poor.

A decent budget hotel stay for a group of friends.
Great location and price. We and a great roof terrace with super view of the cathedral and Itza volcano.
No ice bucket. No wash cloths. Only one elevator working.
